Bob Dolan

Bob Dolan is a Partner and National Practice Leader with Knightsbridge Executive Search, and previously was co-managing partner, Enns Partners. Prior to this, Bob’s thirty-year corporate career included roles as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for CN Rail, Senior Vice President, Corporate Resources for John Labatt Limited, and progression through a number of Human Resources positions at Bank of Montreal culminating in executive responsibility as Vice President, Training.
Bob is currently Chairman of the Board of Horizon Utilities, the fourth largest electrical distribution company in Ontario. He also is a Board member of Hamilton Utilities, the multi-utility holding company that owns 80% of Horizon. He is on the Advisory Council of Conundrum Capital, a private equity company based in Toronto. Over the past seven years in Executive Search, Bob has focused primarily on C-Suite searches and functional leadership roles reporting into this level.
Bob graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Business Administration. He is a guest lecturer of Board Building and CEO Succession at the Directors College, DeGroote School of Business.
