Bob Dolan

Bob Dolan is a consultant in human resources strategy with RFD Partners. Prior to this, Bob was Partner and National Practice Leader with Knightsbridge Executive Search, and was co-managing partner of Enns Partners.
Bob’s thirty-year corporate career included roles as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for CN Railway, and Senior Vice President, Corporate Resources for John Labatt Limited.
Bob is Chairman of GCT’s Human Resources Committee. He is also a member of the advisory board of Conundrum Capital Corporation, a private equity fund management firm specializing in innovative Canadian real estate investments. His previous board experience included Chairman of Horizon Utilities, the fourth largest electrical distribution company in Ontario. He was also a Board member of Hamilton Utilities, the multi-utility holding company that owns 80% of Horizon.
Bob graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Business Administration. He is a guest lecturer of Board Building and CEO Succession at the Directors College, DeGroote School of Business.
