Todd Croll
General Counsel
As General Counsel, Todd is responsible for all legal issues at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. providing legal advice and support to senior management in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, acquisitions, contracts and litigation management.
He joined GCT in 2008 following a career as an in-house legal counsel at a number of B.C.-based organizations, including seven years as General Counsel of Imperial Parking Corporation. He received his B.Comm from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1991. He was called to the bar in the Province of British Columbia in 1992.
